The "Face to Face" conference feature offers 20-minute interviews with conference participants and ADCA national and division officers who have made times available. All are conducting a conference performance and/or offering a particular Interest Session. Brief biographies are in the conference program. Executive Director Tim Sharp, National President-Elect Karen Fulmer, and Eastern Division Immediate Past President Lynn Drafall have also agreed to make time available. To schedule an interview,

  1. Click on the "20-Minute Interviews" link below. Then select an interviewee to see the times available for you to schedule.
  2. Select an interviewee and click on the time for which you wish to schedule an appointment. (If you select a time without first selecting an interviewee, the system will assign you an interviewee at random.) Then provide your first and last names, a phone number and an email address in the form which appears, so that we may confirm your appointment, and contact you in the event of a change.
  3. After confirming your email address by clicking on a link which will be emailed to you, your appointment will be confirmed. If you must cancel or change your appointment, you can do so by clicking on the "view appointment" link in the confirmation email which will be sent to you.
You may schedule appointments as late as 4 hours prior
to the time of the appointment.
If you need to cancel, please do so 6 or more hours
in advance of the appointment.
Due to the limited number of available times,
please schedule only one appointment (total)
in consideration of your fellow conference-goers.
