network with choir directors and conference attendees.

- Free Continental Breakfast available just outside exhibit area
7:00-9:00 am daily.
- Exhibitors' directory printed in conference program book.
- Each Exhibitor's name and web site link on the conference web
page and USB Key which is given to every attendee.
- Each booth comes with two complimentary badges and two program
books.
- Exhibitors receive mailing list of conference attendees.
- College and University Booths will be located on College Row and
have scheduled visits from Honor Choirs.
- Exhibit hours: Thursday & Friday 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM, Saturday

Contractors.
- Morning Tai Chi and Yoga Sessions offered just outside exhibit
area.
- Place your ad in the hands of each choir director attending the
conference as well as on the USB Key.
- The program book is the guide to all conference events and
usually includes daily schedules, information about conductors,
choirs and presenters, and concert programs.
- Ad placement is determined in part by reservation date - make
your reservation early to help ensure prime placement.

8’ back wall, 6’ drape table, 2 chairs, 1 waste basket.

- Shipping, furniture rental, electricity, phone, internet, and
other service available.
