Advertising with ACDA-ED

 

ACDA's Eastern Division offers two ways for you to reach our membership with products and opportunities of interest to the choral conducting community:

1. Sponsorship of an issue of ChoraLink, our monthly email newsletter. Each mailing offers direct contact with more than 2800 choral directors who are members of ACDA's Eastern Division.
2. Advertising on selected pages of our website. This method assures that your ad will be visible to site visitors for the duration of the period you select.  Web advertisers will be listed in our Index of Advertisers

ChoraLink Email Sponsorship
Emails are sent to the Eastern Division membership on or about the 15th of each month. Advertisers who wish to reach more than 2800 choral directors with a directed mailing may sponsor a single monthly email message for $175. Only one sponsor will be selected each month on a first-come, first-served basis, with exposure as follows:

• A banner notice (text with hyperlink) will appear at the beginning of the email, announcing the sponsor.
• The footer will contain the sponsor's graphic (with hyperlink), which may be up to 440 pixels wide by 330 pixels high, at a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch). Format must be jpg or png.
• A web ad meeting the requirements below (see Web Advertising) may also be submitted for display on the home page of this website. This ad will be shown in rotating sequence with other ads for a period of one month.

Advertisements for each monthly email should be received by the first of the month for which they are intended.  All advertisers must fill out an ad reservation form and submit it with the ad and payment to Robert Eaton, rpesing@gmail.com. Payment made be made using the PayPal form below.

Bookings as of 9/1/11 - Currently we are accepting ads for June 2012 and later.

Web Advertising
Advertisers may submit ads to be placed on various pages of this website in accordance with the following:

• All ads must be 134 pixels wide x 230 pixels high, at a resolution of 72 dpi (dots per inch). Format must be jpg or png.
• Ads will be indexed on the Advertisers page
• Ad submissions should include a URL to which the ad should link.
• To avoid misidentification, the ad file name should be the same as that of the advertiser.

*Rotating ads on the home page of our site are offered gratis to half-page Troubadour advertisers, and to sponsors of one or more monthly ChoraLink emails.  These ads will appear in a rotating sequence with those from other advertisers.

Static ads which are displayed continuously may be purchased for presentation on our site's home page, or various other pages.
