2010 Women's Honor Choir

  1. Click here to fill out and submit the online Registration Form.  You will need to log in to the form first.  Use Login name = student and password = starfield#48.
    Results will be added to the database automatically for viewing by Stuart Younse, the Honor Choir Chair, when you click "Add."
    After completing the form, you will be redirected to the main Honor Choir Registration page.  Return to this page, and complete the following steps.
     
  2. Pay the Honor Choir Registration Fee of $270, which does not include hotel costs. You have two options for payment:
       a.  Provide the information requested at right and click the "Pay Now" button to pay using PayPal;


    - or -
    Student's Choir
    Student's Name
       b.  complete this form*, and mail the form and a check for $270 made payable to
            "ACDA Eastern Division" to
            Stuart Younse
            Honor Choir Chair

            Please remember to write the singer's name on the check.
  1. Hotel Reservations. 
    It is the responsibility of each parent that will be staying in the room with a singer to make hotel reservations directly with the hotel at the convention price, which is:
    Double - $149.00 a night/$74.50 per person per night plus tax
    Triple - $183.00 per night/$61.00 per person per night plus tax
    Quad - $216.00 per night/$54.00 per person per night plus tax

  2. The Expectations Form* is found here.  Please complete a copy of this form and mail to: Christine Cramer Merkel
