  1. Click here to fill out and submit the online Registration Form.  You will need to log in to the form first.  Use Login name = student and password = starfield#48.
    Results will be added to the database automatically for viewing by Stuart Younse, the Honor Choir Chair, when you click "Add."
    After completing the form, you will be redirected to the main Honor Choir Registration page.  Return to this page, and complete the following steps.
     
  2. For singers who are staying with a high school choir, the housing request form must be completed. You may choose double, triple, or quad rooms. You may request other singers to be assigned to your room. If you do not have specific requests for roommates, assignments will be made for you. Once assignments are complete, the Marriott will contact you via email to establish your reservation and to accept your payment.
    • If you choose to pay the charge (your portion of the room) prior to your arrival in Philadelphia, you will not need a credit card when you arrive in Philadelphia.
    • If you choose to hold the reservation only, you will need a method of payment when you arrive in Philadelphia (cash, check, credit card).
    Every attempt will be made to insure that you are placed in the room configuration of your choice. However, sometimes this is not possible due to unforeseen events. In that case, you will be responsible for your portion of the new room configuration (double, triple, quad).
    Click here to fill out and submit the Housing Request Form. You will need to log in to the form first.  Use Login name = student and password = starfield#48.
    Results will be added to the database automatically for viewing by Stuart Younse, the Honor Choir Chair, when you click "Add."

  3. Pay the Honor Choir Registration Fee of $270, which does not include hotel costs. You have two options for payment:
       a.  Provide the information requested at right and click the "Pay Now" button to pay using PayPal;

       b.  complete this form*, and mail the form and a check for $270 made payable to

            Please remember to write the singer's name on the check.
