Conference Highlights
The 2010 American Choral Directors Association Eastern Division will be held in Philadelphia, PA, February 10-13, 2010. The Philadelphia Marriott Downtown is the conference headquarters and performances will be held in nearby churches, and theaters, and performing arts centers.
Expected Registration: 1,000 choir directors plus members of four honor choirs, twenty performing choirs and their chaperones.
Expected Exhibitors: 75 booths. Booth size 10ft x 10ft
We’ve listened to exhibitor comments and made significant changes to the conference schedule and plans for the exhibit hall in Philadelphia! Join the music publishers, retailers, apparel companies, riser and equipment providers, schools and festival/ tour operators that will be exhibiting.
Exhibits will be located in the Marriott’s Franklin Hall. Interest sessions and Repertoire Forums will be scheduled in the Marriott, and there will be attendees present during all exhibit hall hours. The conference registration desk will be located at the entrance to the exhibit hall.

Repertoire Forums will be held in the back of the hall and all participants will walk through the exhibits on their way to and from the sessions.

The jazz honor choir rehearsal room is behind the exhibit hall and all observers will walk through the exhibits on their way to observe rehearsal sessions.
Each company’s name and web site link will appear on the conference web site and an Exhibitor Directory will be printed in the conference program book.
Exhibitors receive a complimentary mailing list of conference attendees four weeks before the conference and two weeks after.
