Dear ACDA Honor Choir Participant/ Director,

Congratulations on qualifying for a 2008 ACDA Eastern Division Honor Choir. These festival choirs have a reputation of being of the highest quality and attendance at the concert is often standing room only! We anticipate a similar full house for the Hartford conference.

Each honor choir participant will receive two (2) general admission tickets upon check-in at your hotel on Wednesday, Feb 13, 2008. Directors of a participant will receive one (1) general admission ticket as part of their ACDA-ED conference registration.

Many of you have requested additional tickets for the concert. A very limited number of extra tickets is anticipated to be available.

Families wanting additional tickets should plan to call the Welte Hall Box Office beginning at 10:00 a.m. on January 30, 2008. Welte Hall Box Office will accept phone orders with a major credit card. Tickets are $10.00 each. They are on a first come, first served basis.

These tickets will NOT be mailed to you. They will be available for pick up at the Welte Concert Hall beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, February 16, 2008.
Tickets will not be for sale at rehearsals or at the ACDA-ED Conference site.
